NATURAL WAYS OF MAKING YOURSELF LOOK 10 YEARS YOUNGER

MY HEALING DIET: A SERIES
Number in my list is CAMOTES or sweet potatoes obviously for so many reasons.
In addition to the benefits I wrote on the photo, Camotes are easy to prepare. In my case, I just boil them to avoid artificial sweeteners and oil.
Their natural sugars are slowly released into the bloodstream.
Yellow or orange camotes help strengthen our eyesight and boost our immunity to diseases.
Sweet potatoes are powerful antioxidants.
They help ward off cancer and protect me against the effects of aging.

HOW TO HAVE FLAT ABS AND A BEAUTIFUL VOICE?
These pictures show my favorite workout movements that help me maintain my flat abs. I need my abs to be stronger so I can sing songs of praises to my Father in Heaven with a pleasing voice. Through these movements, I am able to keep smooth breathing when I am singing. I can project my voice very well.
Thanks to my Father for giving me strength to do these twice or thrice a week.
You can also do the same moves so you can have flat abs and can also possess a lovely voice. There are many good effects these exercises can give you. You can discover them by yourself.
