NATURAL WAYS OF MAKING YOURSELF LOOK 10 YEARS YOUNGER



1. Drink at least 8 glasses of clean liquid or water every day. If you would want to have a tremendous effect, drink from 8 to 16 glasses of water every day. This maybe in a form of fruit juices, fruit extracts, coffee, tea, or chocolates.



2. Using Kangen Water gives you an incredible and amazing effects. Try drinking this. This has been my drinking water and my medicine at the same time. I stopped taking drugs in 2002 when I was dying of my body function and system collapse, my congenital hear, myoma, and a kidney failure. My right kidney has been diagnosed as impaired and has been having a chronic nephritis. I also have myoma. So I need to drink this Kangen Water to avoid dehydration and degeneration of my cells and tissues.

3. Eat salmons, sardines, walnuts , and eggs. They all good sources of Omega 3 fatty acid that helps plump up our skin cells.
