MY HEALING DIET: A SERIES
Number in my list is CAMOTES or sweet potatoes obviously for so many reasons.
In addition to the benefits I wrote on the photo, Camotes are easy to prepare. In my case, I just boil them to avoid artificial sweeteners and oil.
Their natural sugars are slowly released into the bloodstream.
Yellow or orange camotes help strengthen our eyesight and boost our immunity to diseases.
Sweet potatoes are powerful antioxidants.
They help ward off cancer and protect me against the effects of aging.
